Fabric Weaving

We have the latest developed over-width air jet loom,We can meet any special requirments for the latest high quality linen fabric,, any design can be weaved, with double-color or four-color ,electric let-off double-beams double-servos ,machinery or electric take-up ,single rear beam ,single(double) side-shrink width ,positive cam or dobby, speed of the loom can reach as fast as 500-1000 rpm.

Cutting and Sewing

Our cutting fabric team can supply surplus for sewer working, we can finish near 20 thousnds sets bed linen per months. All the sewing machine is good durability and feed smoothly to keep nice sewing. Automatic needle positioning, automatic stitch setting , auto-trimming automatic reverse feed, automatic presser foot lift and other sewing modes.

Testing

We have Needle detector machine for testing in the manufacturing process left the Broken Needle, pins, small iron filings in the product. It is important testing part for bed linen.

Packing

All finished products are folded one by one and packed as per customer’s requests
