Medium Temperature Blowing Agent
This series of foaming agents is widely used in the foaming of plastics, such as EVA, PE and PVC and multiple rubbers. It is particularly suitable to the hot-pressing molding of EVA shoe material in large or small molds.

Application specification:
This series of foaming agents decomposes at around 160°C in EVA/rubber mixture to release useful nitrogen, carbon dioxide and a small amount of ammonia. The decomposing temperature of medium-temperature foaming agent is not high, no activator is needed to activate its decomposition, and it can decompose completely within a short time without producing the unnecessary color resulting from the residual foaming agent. A small quantity of zinc oxide, stearates and stearates salt can be added to activate it decompose at a lower temperature.
The decomposition of this series of foaming agent is mild relatively, and the process of its decomposition matches the half-time of decomposition of bridging agent (DCP), so that the foaming speed will match the bridging speed. All of those lead to the following results: cellular in the foamed products is fine, the time necessary for foaming and bridging will be reduced, the performance of the foamed product will become excellent, especially the rebound elasticity will be enhanced greatly.
Alike low-temperature foaming agents, this series of foaming agents endow products with an adequate whiteness without adding too much such white paint as titanium dioxide, which avoids affecting other physical performances of he product by adding too much white paint. The series of foaming agents is free of the odor characteristic of formaldehyde generated by common low-temperature foaming agents.
As an ideal improved AC foaming agent, the medium-temperature foaming agent integrates the merits of both high- and low-temperature foaming agents together.

Package and storage:
This series of foaming agent has good storage stability under common temperature. It should be stored in a cool, dry place away from any sources of heat, spark, open flames, or direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly with organic acids or inorganic acids.
Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in international standard corrugated paper carton with a polythene liner inside.
Each batch of this foaming agent series weighs 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of same batch, only a small quantity is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
