1,Product Description

Black 3014 is an economy,high tint strength black masterbatch based on LDPE containing high opacity carbon black.It is designed for use in jet black,high gloss injection molding items,sheets and pipes for general purpose.Not suitable for blowing film.Non-toxic and environmental protection can reduce pollution Stability, good toughness,glossy . 

2,Method of Usage

Black 3014 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.  

3,Range of Application

Black 3014 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE,PP,PS and ABS.Especially for  pumping tablets and injection molding, due to its blackening and blue phase, strong dispersion, jet black color, high concentration, environmental protection.

  

4,Packaging and Storage

Black 3014 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
