Insulation: Under natural conditions, the change of average temperature is no more than 0.3/m, when the cool or hot air passes through the hose.

Retraction property: The flexible hose can be contracted to 1/4 of naturally extended length.  

Air tightness: The air leakage is no more than 1%/10m hose.

Flow resistance: The air pressure loss is no more than 0.1kpa/m.

4. Points for attention to the storage, transport and use of the hose

1). Store the hose in the storehouse which is dry, ventilated and away from heat resource.

2). In the course of storage, transport and service, prevent the hose contact with following materials:

     a. Ethyl acetate, acetone, methanol, alcohol, benzene, toluene and other   solvents.

     b. Petrol, diesel, lubricant and other oils.

     c. Strong acids and alkaline.

  3). Do not step onto or press the hose with heavy objects, prevent something which is sharp-edged or sharp-pointed damaging the hose, and try your best to avoid pulling the hose on the ground.

  4). Do not use the hose at the ambient temperature above 60 or convey the air above 60.

  5). Only use the hose to convey cool or hot air or other inert gas, and not to convey liquid or mixed gas flow with small solid pellets. Do not use it to convey acetylene gas, natural gas and other inflammable gas and explosive gas.

  6).Do not expose the hose to the strong sunlight and rain or snow weather for a long time. Store it in the place without bright light when not using it for the time being.

5. Quality guarantee:

  1). Under normal storage and service conditions, the term of hose storage is two years, ant the guaranteed term of service is two years.

2). The hose is free to repair within two years from the delivery date.

 3). The hose is guaranteed for the free replacement within half a year from the delivery date under the following conditions:

    a. The joint seam of the inner coated fabric cracks or is damaged, and is out of service.

    b. There is serious blockage and leakage and can not be eliminated.

    c. Other defects which make the hose work improperly.

Notice: The hose will not be replaced under the following conditions:

a. Overpressure of conveying air makes the hose break up; improper use, such as punctures, etc. make the hose damaged so great that it can not be repaired.

b.      Wheel crushing, stepping or other forces make the spiral wire seriously deformed and can not be repaired.
