Summary

My factory has the following ten mud pumps of Type PN, PNL:1PN, 2PN, 2PNL, 3PN, 3PNL, 4PN, 6PN, 8PN, 10PN,12PN. They all have the characters of long service life and simple structure.

In these ten mud pumps of Type PN, PNL, they are all horizontal single grade single and suction cantilever mud pump except for 2PNL and 3PNL.

Advantage

Over-current part bearing grinding pieces are made of High-chromium cast iron, they have long service life.

The clearance between impeller and guard plate can be adjusted timely, the pumps can keep high efficiency by that.

The bearing of this type pump above 4’’ can be installed in the opening bracket which is under the water, it is convenient to overhaul and adjust timely. There is water-cooling serpentine hose in the oil pool, which improves the working condition of bearing.

The pump body of this type pump above 8’’is bigger than others, they adopts out-side of structure form, it is facility to disassembling and overhaul.
