Product application

YC 90 can be used in extrusion processing and injection moulding processing. It also applies in the manufacturing of electricity and electronics, varies of gear wheels, automotive interior and exterior trimmings, valve parts, tunnels, contact rollers, bearings and pump parts.

Recommended processing conditions

Recommended injection moulding machine barrel temperature: 180-210°C; Mould temperature: 60-90°C.

Detailed production processing is dependent on the kinds of injection moulding machine and size of products. It can be adjusted appropriately according to the recommended processing technique.

Packing

Kraft paper with multiple packing bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

Handling and storage

   Storage in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, can’t be stored in the open air. During transportation, avoid rain or be under the blazing sun for quite a long time. It can’t be loaded with pollutants such as sandy soil and metal, not as well as inflammable cargo. Tarpaulin should be covered up the Fold-top car when transportation. The carriage should be clean, dry and specialized.
