1.Using special material for the cutting blades,which greatly increases the hardness. Its hardness can reach 80HRC. 

Firstly, we do machining on the traditional cutting pliers by removing the original cutting blades from the existing pliers body. Then use another cutting blade which made of special material to weld onto the pliers body. So the material of the cutting blades is different from that of the pliers body. The hardness of the the cutting blades is much higher than that of the pliers body.
