GYPF-II series Phenolic foam pouring machine is a fully FLC controlled with a flow of 150kg new type pouring machine.

GYPF-II series Phenolic foam pouring machine is a fully FLC controlled with a flow of 150kg new type pouring machine, it use most advanced viscous liquid level sensing device and acid components liquid level sensing device, also fit with explode –proof design to ensure good safety.

Working principle: it includes one phenolic resin preparing tank, one phenolic resin working tank(A), one hardener tank (B), two diffirent metering units, to control the output flow by adjusting metering pump's s rotate speed, to get the phenolic foam needed after high speed mixing.

2.3 Applicable viscosity: (20°C)

   A material : ~6000mPa.s

2.4 Quantity of injection(mixing ratio:100:8): 120-150kg/min

   Mixing ratio adjustable range: 100: (5~15)

2.5 Time of injection: 1 s~999 s

2.6 Metering unit: metering accuracy≤1%(same material)

2.7 Pressure limit and control system

Electric protection: The equipment would stop automatically while the pressure reach the limit setting, alarms and shows“pump pressure exceed" error information on the panel.

2.8 Components flow rate control and testing unit

A material pump:inner meshed high viscosity gear pump,600mL/r, 7.5Kw motor, no class adjustable transmission case.

B material pump: stainless steel, deluted acid hydraulic metering pump, 1600L/hr, suitable to organic sulfonic acid and phosphate.

Accoring to the output flow rate of gear pump and the technique requirements for components mix ratio, respectively preset two component's related parameters during the injection, to change the flow rate of components and pump by adjusting the ratational speed of gear pump,  to give a manual testing for flow rate parameter and mix ratio parameter of two components under matching flow meters to get further calibration and control.

2.9 Filterof components

A component is fit with a filter with screen, filter accuracy is 50 meshes.The operator need to have a

period cleaning to it.

2.10 Dasher/mxing head

Brass mixing head are composed of two multiple vane agitator(brass agitator 1pc, stainless steel agitato 1pc), 1 Jacketed mixing chamber, A material switching valve 1 set, B material switching valve 1 set, Y shape mixing head feeding device 1 set, pouring head water cooling jacket system 1 set, 5.5kw synchronous drive motor 1 set.

2.11 Pipe system

Means all kinds of components pipe and hydraulic pipe, used for transportation of component materials, cleaning liquid and compressed air, average pipe length is around 10 metres from main machine to pouring head.  

2.12 Boom system

Fixed type boom frame, square steel gantry shape.

2.13 Phenolic resin preparation tank:1pc

Valid capacity: 1000 liters

Sandwich type,inner layer SU304 stainless steel materials, chilled water cooling, 6KW eletric heating.

Liquid level gauge: visual type

Mechanism sealing dasher, 3 Kw ex-motor, aluminum alloy vane

Outer thermal insulation layer

Inner meshed high viscosity gear pump, 200L/R,5.5Kw ex-motor and sproket speed device.

2.14 Phenolic resin working tank: 1pc    

Valid capacity: 400 liters

Sandwich type,inner layer SU304 stainless steel materials, chilled water cooling, 6KW eletric heating.

Maxium working pressure: 0.4MPa,

Jacket water safe valve 1pc,

The preset working pressure is 0.3MPa,

Safety valve 1 pc, the preset working pressure is 0.4Mpa.

Pressure relief valve 1 pc with pressure gauge, the preset pressure is 0.05 up to 0.2MPa,to control the inlet pressure of maximum compressed air of feed tank. Quick open feeding port.

Install 2 manual cut-off valve at output by using T pipe.(in which, by-pass cut-off valve is used for sewage disposal.

Liquid level gauge: Liquid level pressure transmitter and automatic feeding control device.

Temperature probe: PT100

2.16Electrical control system

Main machine control cabinet: The electic control system are fully automatic PLC control, easy to operate. There are all kinds of relay, contactor, comminicaton interface, controlable procedure and other circuit system in the control box, also there are A material temperature, flow rate, pressure, current and voltage instruments showing on the panels.
