1. MACHINE FEATURES:
01. Crusher system (can crush untreated pulp)
02. Pulp feeding and SAP dispensing device are controlled by individual frequency inverter.
03. Cotton core is formed by net drum wheel (mould wheel) with gridding embossment.
04. Equipped with frontal tape, side tape, elastic waistline, and leakage barrier devices on the machine.
05. Main materials unwinding are driven by active shaft with constant tension control. The production line is automatic control, auto-splicing without stop, equipped with detection and rejection device.
06. Adopts pneumatic loading shaft & auto web guide controller for main materials.
07. Frontal tape can be forming material or scraped glue online (The pattern of frontal tape can be positioned-cut.)
08. Back sheet is formed by PE film and N.W.fabrics which laminated online.
09. The laminated product is compressed firmly.
10. The whole machine adopts PLC control & the driving is controlled by frequency inverter.
11. The operation table adopts touch screen control with man-machine conversation interface, which can realize figure control. (The parameter setting, production speed, shift output and fault can be shown)
12. Equipped with product arrangement and output device.
13. It can be equipped with stacker as per clients request.
