SJ-100-30-11 two-stage single screw extruder

III. Machine configurations
1. One set of single-screw metering feeder
1) Feeding motor is AC motor, main feeding motor power: 0.55KW
2) Regulating system is DANFOSS variable-frequency regulator.
3) Screw is double head screw, reduction ratio: 9:1
4) The motor and reduction machine are straightly connected. The feeder with horizontal agitator can steadly feeding and not to be bridge formated.
5) Feeder and hooper are hydraulic form, which is easy to feed and clean.
6) hooper has a stir with motor that is BLD1510-187-0.55 KW.
2. SJ-100 single screw extruder(the first stage)
1)Screw diameter: 100mm
2)L/D=30
3)Rotating speed (max): 30~120rpm
4)Main motor: AC motor 55KW, Japanese DANFOSS variable-frequency regulator, which have the protection for over/short pressure. The scope of the speed regulation is 5-50HZ.
5)Reductor: the material of gear and bearings components is high strength alloy. The gear core is processed by carburized, chilling gear grinding, and so on. The precision is GB10095-88, 6- grade. The hardness of the tooth surface is HRC56-62.
6)The material of the barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm. The barrel use air-cooling and cast Al heater.
7) The screw applies high quality nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm. The screw compression ration is 1.8, which make sure that the material has enough thrust force and not be decomposed.
8) Temp-control meter: Japan RKC with all digital intellect high precision. .
9) Gear-box is ZLYJ-250-12.5

3. SJ-100 single screw extruder(the second stage)
a) Screw diameter: 100mm

c) Rotating speed (max): 30~120rpm
d) Main motor: AC motor 22KW, Japanese DANFOSS variable-frequency regulator, which have the protection for over/short pressure. The scope of the speed regulation is 5-50HZ.
e) Reductor: the material of gear and bearings components is high strength alloy. The material of the barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm. The barrel use air-cooling and cast Al heater.

4.One set of auxiliary pelletizing system
1) Water-ring hot-cutting die: cast aluminium heaters, hot-cutting board with three lines holes. 42-Ø3.0mm(PE), 25-Ø1.2mm(PP)
2) One set of cast aluminium water-ring pelletizing cover. The quick-open fixtures is connected with the hot-cutting die.
3) The power of pelletizer motor: 1.5 KW. The AC two-grade motor is used. DANFOSS variable-frequency regulator.
4) The pelletizer device adopt four cutters.
5) One set of circulating water-tank which has quick-open conveying pipes.
6) One set of centrifugal pump with the power of 4 KW.
7) One set of 300 model centrifugal dewaterer.
8) One set of 0.3 square meter vibrating sieve.
9) One set of silo system
a) One set of dust-proof high-pressure blower. The motor power is 3KW.
b) One set of stainless channel, which diameter is 130mm, and length is 8m. One piece of Wen tee coupling, which is combined with the vibrating sieve. Two pieces of 45°stainless elbow pipe.
c) One piece of the stainless silo, which cubage is 1M³. Feeding valve is butterfly valve.
d) The height and width of the silo stander are according to the package style of the customer.
10) One set of ZD-600 screw conveyor.
11) One set of plastic flim granule machine.
