This production line consists of single screw extruder,extruding mould,cooling sizing box,thickness gauge,belt type tractor,automatic cuter at fixed length and take-in machine.It could be used to manufacture different kinds of precision tubes by equipping with moulds of different specification. 

Process flow of:

Material dryness →single screw extruder →mould →vacuum calibration tank→dipping cooling water tank →haul-off →double winder
