Used as improving agent in food industry,PH value regulating agent, chelating agent for metal ion, adhesive agent and expansion agent. Utilized in the canned bean,fruits and meat,and also in meat food and beer plants.it has the same effect as hexa-sodium, and will produce better results when used together with hexa-sodium.
