SC-HD800 Fully-automatic lady Panty Liner Production Line
1. MECHANICAL FEATURES:
01. It can add mould wheel to produce Cotton Core Products as per client's request.
02. Cotton core is formed by mould wheel.
03. Equipped with cutting device for Back Release paper.
04. Equipped with adjustment device for whole cutters to insure the precision of products.
05. Main materials unwinding are driven by active shaft with constant tension control. The production line is automatic control, auto-splicing without stop, equipped with detection and rejection device.
06. Equipped with the more advanced tri-wheel conversion device to displace the product.
07. The whole machine adopts PLC control & the driving is controlled by frequency inverter.
08. The operation table adopts touch screen control with man-machine conversation interface, which can realize figure control. (The parameter setting, production speed, shift output and fault can be shown)
09. The phase can be adjusted without stop.
10. Equipped with product arrangement and output device.
