3. Basic Configuration

 (1). Machine support adopts reasonable and firm square hollow tube structure; the thickness of panel is 25mm.

  

 (2). Transmission system consists of right angle gear box, differential box, universal shaft, gear, circular arc tooth synchronous belt.

 (3). Transmission shafts adopt thermal refining of 40Cr and 45# steel.  

  (4). Main pressing and cutting parts are driven and adjusted by universal shaft, operating flexible, extend the using life of knife.

 (5). Crusher system adopts high speed sawmill type, it can crush treated pulp, half-treated pulp, treated pulp (Degree of crushing below 1100°c). Materials loading adopt automatic device, decrease the trouble for wood pulp loading and unloading, can realize replacement of material without stopping machine.

 (6). Wind path is made of metal material to less the generation of Static.

 (7). Wood plup and SAP.
