Application

Feature

The ZSM series of double drum pressure screen adopt the advanced technology from overseas, with special design and high precision manufacturing technology, and the equipment realizes low pulse operation, dispersion fiber and paper additives, and make it fluidization.

Working principle

1. The pulp comes into the equipment by a tangent direction, and flows into the two sieve drum among outside and inside.

2. With the force of centrifugal and centripetal force caused by double rotor, the good pulp flows into the good pulp pipe.

3. The residue of pulpy is pushed by the rotor flow down, and be thickening at the same time. Then it is discharged from the outlet.

4. The pulse rotor keeps the clean of screen cylinder when it is working.
