  Aliphatic Waterborne Polyester Polyurethane Dispersion

Brief introduction

WPU-2802B is waterborne polyurethane dispersion with functions of self-crosslinking and fast drying at room temperature. It was synthesized with water as dispersion medium, adopted IPN polymeric technology and molecule design. WPU-2802 can be used for water-based glass coating, wood coating and plastic coating.

Applications

Application guidelines

1. It is non-yellowing, can be used for light color substrates.

2. Hardness and flexibility can be enhanced when mixed with coupling agent

3. High quality two-component top coat can be prepared by mixing with isocynate curing agent.

4. High hardness two-component coating can be prepared by mixing with WA-128A of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion.

5. Can be diluted with water, good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent;

6. Can be adjusted to the desired viscosity by thickening agent

7. Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;

8. Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking
