Main features of the machine:

 Adopt high quality material and element.

 All driving gears are hardened and chrome-plated,hardness>60o.

  Automatic zero returning and automatic reset.

 All the clearances adjust motorized; the adjusting data is readable on the control panel.

 Mechanical expanding connection (easy assembled and disassembled) take place of key connection, eliminate abrasion of the center part on the drivers and keep the accurate register.

The full machine is manufactured to high standard, reasonable and safety constitution. Easy operation and quick order change.

1. Feeder Unit ( Lead edge feeding system)

1)      The feeding unit open and lock up with printing unit motorized. The unit moves with alarm which to ensure the safety of operators.

2)      The emergency stop device is equipped between each unit, which can be operated inside to ensure the safety of the operators.

3)      The driving shaft is attached with friction clutch, which avoids damage from miss operation.

4)      Pneumatically interlock device.

5)      The protection device is equipped with the main motor.(The main motor not be able to start when each unit is not locked).

6)      The clearances of side guides, backstop and front gate adjust motorized. The adjusting data is readable on the panel.

7) Skip feeding and continuous feeding are both available (with feeding counter).

8) The feeding counter sets and shows the number of the passed carton sheets.

9) The clean device with double brushes and vacuum absorption system will clear the impurity on the carton sheet so to promote the quality of printing.

10) The up feeding roller wrapped with durable rubber so to improve the friction, and with balance adjusting device.

11) The low feeding roller is embossed (improve the friction) and chrome-plated.

12) The clearance between feeding rollers adjusts motorized, adjustment data presets.

13) The feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit and die-cutting unit zero return automatically.

14) The guide wheel wrapped with sulcate rubber so to improve the accuracy of feeding, and avoids the damage of the carton sheet.

15) The vacuum suction system helps feeding easily, which also applies to thin and crooked carton sheet.

16) Feeding journey adjustable to best match the size of the board so to minimize the pull pressure applied to the board.

17) Frequency conversion device adjusts the vacuum volume so to meet the different size of carton sheet.

       18) The edge of the board is the reference line, reduces the mechanical error, the printing and slotting is more accurate.

      19) Vacuum suction dust cleaner, roller brush rotary running to clean suction mouth, to clear away most of the dirt accumulated on the printing surface of the corrugated board to improve printing quality.

2. Printer Unit

1) The printing roller is made of high quality material, with appearance grinded and chrome-plated, balance adjusted and running stable.

2) Fast printing plate-changing device.

3) The step-switches in each printing unit control the printing roller turning forward or backward, easy to assemble and disassemble.

4) The press roller is grinded and chrome-plated; clearance adjusts motorized. The adjusting data is readable on the control panel.

5)Pneumatic diaphragm pumps feeding stability. Ink screen filter impurity. Warning alarm when abnormal ink supporting.

       6) Planetary gear set can adjust the phase of printing plate automatically and accurately.

       7) The printing register adjusted by PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o micro adjustment(both when running and stop); Be able to store common orders.

       8) The printing phase fixing device: using the electromagnetism clutch arrester, when one unit is apart or adjusting the phase, the arrester can keep the rollers from turning and keep the gears in quondam locality.

       9) Automatic zero positioning after clearing the printing plate.

       10) The transverse position adjusted motorized, the adjusting scope is 20mm and the adjusting data is readable.

Options:

 Chamber Doctor blade inking system: much more precise than the rubber roller inking system.

 Ceramic anilox rolls: The steel pipe wrapped with ceramics, grinded and laser carved, excellent printing quality and more durable. The ceramic anilox rolls rises or descends pneumatically and interlocked with the feeding system (the ceramic anilox rolls rises to touch the printing plate when feeding, and descends to apart from the printing plate).

 Full vacuum transfer, very good performance for all corrugated boards even warp poor quality sheets;

3. Slotter & Creaser Flap-cutting Unit

       1) Pre-press roller: The carton sheet is much easier to creasing and slotting after pre-pressed.

       2) The clearance between pre-press rollers adjusted motorized, and the adjusting data is pre-set.

       3) The up pressing roller wrapped with Roylar so as to avoid damaging the carton sheet.

       4) The clearance between pressing rollers adjusted motorized, and the adjusting data is pre-set.

       5) The slotting head and creasing head are transverse adjusted motorized.

6) The slotting blades are made of high quality of alloy steel, heat treatment, dentation blade, double blade slotting, and edge sharp, high accuracy.

       7) The slotting phase adjusted by PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o degrees micro adjustment(either when running or stop).

       8) The clearance between the slotting heads are adjusted motorized, the adjusting data is pre-set.

9) The register adjustment system adopts planet gear construction.

       10) The slotting phase adjusted by PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o degrees micro adjustment (both when running and stop).

       11) One couple of hand-hole making tools is supported.

4. Rotary Die-cutter Unit

1)      The rubber mat roller is made of high quality material, the appearance is rubbing treated and chrome-plated.

2)      Balance adjusted, running smoothly.

3)      The blade model gap adjusted motorized.

4)      The rubber mat roller transverse adjustment within the scope of 40mm.

5)      The register adjustment system adopts planet gear construction.

   6) The transverse adjustment is motorized in the scope of 20mm.

5. Folder Gluer and Counter Ejector

A,Folding Part

1)        The front gap is adjustable to meet different size of carton box.

2)        Link drived with the feeding unit, the speed coincide with the feeding unit, and can also adjust singlely.

3)        Automatic adjustment of position through touch screen system.

4)        The convey belt with suction system make the best conveying accuracy.

5)        The tension of convey belts can be adjusted severally.

6)        The tension of convey belts adjust through Tension Roller.

7)        Adopt Folding Bar system, folding smooth.

8)        Motorized djustment.

1)        Guide Plate leads the carton box and makes folding more accurate Correction Brush.

2)        Isolated speed adjust system for Correction Brush. Operation side and drive side.

3)        The transverse folding system with lead wheels ensure the high folding accuracy.

4)        Ejector rollers.

B, Glue System

1)        Adopt USA Valco or Nordson Glue System (equiped with air pressure adjusting device)
