CFJG-50 Paper Core Winder
1. Usage
Numerical control model is used for making all kind of tubes, such as sticky tape tube, cloth roller tube, tissue paper tube, body of paper cans.
2. Feature
--High cutting precision. The machine equipped with digital cutting blade, cutting table works synchronism with tube.
-- Cutting table formed by precise ball screw and high performance servo motor drive
-- Main motor adopted vector type of high torque inverter for speed regulation, electronic gear from second gears and endless speed regulation from first gears.
-- Adopted PLC digital control system and colorful touch screen man-machine interface.
-- Encoder for testing length so as to ensure high cutting precision at different speed.
-- Modularization electric layout designing for easy and scientific using, maintaining and repairing.
-- With multi-function bottom ply device and auto stopping when paper tube has been cut off.
-- Low noise driving designing.
-- Integration linkage device of integral paper reel stand, glue system ,guiding paper is adjusted by power-driven.
