   1.Product manual:

    Transposed conduction is an electromagnetic wire with special characters consisting of multiple   odd number of enameled rectangular wires arrayed in mutually contacted two rows on wide surface, with transposition in the same direction adopted along the narrow surface of the two rows of the upper and lower enameled wires as required, and use electric engineering insulating paper, string or belt for multiple continual tight wrapping.

 

   2.Product characters:

      Using transposed conductors for making coil has the following benefits:

      A: Reduce the transformer’s volume and lower the cost;

      B: Reduce the lose of the transformer;

      C: Improve the mechanical strength of the winding and enhance the reliability of the transformer;

      D:Shorten coil wrapping time and improve working efficiency.
