Manufacturing Procedure:
Make the Silicon Material, Calcium Silicate, Cellulose and some kind of Fined Mineral Additives into slurry →Make the shape of the board →autoclave under the high temperature and pressure→ oven dry →polish and make the edge smooth →New Element Board finish products → packing of finished products.
Standard:
Fiber cement board meets the national standard for JC/T 564.1-2008(Can meet requirement JC/T412.1-2006). But we carry out the standard of ISO-9001 from SGS and our interior control index which is superior compared to JC/T 564.1-2008 in our factory. Also , Cherrypan meets the highest grade of standard as ISO-1182, GB8624-1997 and BS476 from UK . Meanwhile , Our company obtains the China Environmental Labeling Product Certificate . Our product satisfy the national environment prescript from its raw material to the end of the product which including the manufacturing , processing and usage .
