HB-205 Texture coating, or  level master coating

This is used after HB-102 waterborne bottom paint and before facade coating of HB-301, or before cusion coating HB-201 if the court is to be builded in soft( more then 3mm thick). If the substrate is asphalt, not concrete, the first coating will be HB-205 texture paint. Asphalt has no need of HB-102 primer paint.

proportion: texture latex HB205 : quartz sand : water  = 1:1.4-1.5 : 0.4

applied way: mixture the 3 material and blend well, pouring on site, using scrape rake to scrape the materials on floor even.

HB-205 Level master or texture paint, 1 coat

HB-201 cushion paint or elastic paint  #1 ,  2 coats

HB-202 cushion paint or elastic paint #2,  2 coats

HB-206 Finish paint or sealing paint, 1 coat

HB-301 facade paint, 3 coats

HB-303 Line marking paint 

Above coating layers quantity can be changable, more coats mean more shock absorption.
