Structure: aluminum-plastic composite panel, in short we call aluminum composite panel, ACP is made form thermoplastic core layer sandwiched between two special pretreated thin aluminum outer layer sheets. One surface of the front aluminum sheet is pre-coated with qualified Polyester or Kynar500 PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride, min70%) in several attractive colors.
Characteristics: pliable and tough, good machinability, easy to be cut, tailored, bent, arched and installed.
Application: 3mm inner-wall aluminum composite panel is widely used to decorate isolating wall, ceiling , decorative panel, shirt wall, showing table, furniture, all kinds of control cabinets and panels, body of cars and so on. 4mm outer-wall aluminum composite panel is widely used on big construction curtain wall, balcony, store front, signal board, awning, body of cars, industrial material and so on.
