1. Each balancer will provide one set of safe chain, electric insulated gallus, sling for easy disassembly of welding gun, (lengthened) safe chain withstand 10 times of actual load.
2. The connection between steel wire rope and hook of welding gun is insulated. Namely balancer is insulated from welding gun.
3. The shell of balancer is reasonably designed, made of ZL102 Aluminium casting, covered with corrosion proof paint, surface is smooth.
4. The balancer provided with load dial, constructed of eccentric structure, at the scope of working load, it can measure the value accurately.
5. Balancer drum (cone pulley) has rational structure, interior groove is smooth, depth is middle, steel wire rope can move down and up in the groove agilely, it does not block or come out of groove.
6. Balancer drum (cone pulley) made of die-casting, treat with impact withstand test and the surface processed by oxidization, require high stiff, resistant friction, no defect in casting, smooth surface, good corrosion proof.
7. In the same tackle the two balancers shall be located in interlaced height (Namely connection between balancer and its hooked tackle realized by use of rod, and the rod covered by rubber sleeve), to avoid the two balancers knocking each other.
8. The balancer provided with safe device to prevent from accident due spring is broken and suspension drop down.
9. At both sides the balancer provides the safe holes, and connected to tackle by use of safe wire, to improve the safe coefficient.
10. Processed by way of latest technology of Japanese Endo, resistant friction cushion set is installed on the outlet of steel wire rope of balancer. Intent: firstly to reduce the friction between steel wire rope and balancer shell, and improve the working life; secondly to lighten the impact from cushion rubber sleeve on balancer shell, and extend the working life of rubber sleeve.
