Introduction and Features
ZP31 Rotary Tablet Pressing Machine is a double-press type which continuous and automatically press granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical, food, electronic industry.
1. The machine meets GMP requirements. Its tablet pressing chamber is completely separated from the driving mechanism. The parts contacted with the drug are made of stainless steel or their surfaces are given the special treatment. Moreover, it is featured with non toxicity and corrosion prevention
2. The tablet pressing chamber is enclosed by the transparent organic glass to prevent the pollution. Every surface is smooth and easy for treatment.
3. It is mechanical and electrical integration, with the advantages of simplified operation and convenient maintenance. An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When the pressure is too big and cause overload, the machine will stop running automatically.
