3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

(1) Unpowered Un-coiler:

Used to support and open the coil, single-head structure.

Un-powered structure.

Inner diameter of coil: φ508mm

Outer diameter of coil: φ1200mm

(2) Feeding device

It can be adjusted centering longitude, and adjusted by handwheel set on one side.

The adjusting method is to change the distance and relative location between guiding rollers by waving handwheel. Which can promise the entering sheet location precise.

(3) Lubricating sytem

It adopts aluminum frame structure, and can adjust the oil volume.

To lubricate the sheet when punch and cut, which can reduce the friction and prolong the lifetime of punch die and cutting dies.

(4) Roll forming machine
