Applicable:

YCD1 series manual permanent-magnet lifter is a special magnetic circuit system comprised by Nd-FeB magnetic materials. It controls the magnetic circuit switch by rotating the hand shank. It is widely used in factory, dock, warehouse and transportation sector to lift and transport manufactured work-pieces, steel plate, round steel, steel ingot and other permeance materials.

1,This series product is one for manually degaussing and discharging materials.

2,This series product can achieve the circle of magnetization and demagnetization by just rotating the hand shank to reach the goal of absorbing and discharging materials.

3,It has a high degree of energy saving without power.

4,There has two types hand shank to operate the product: folding type and straight type.

5,In accordance with uses’ need, we can design base plate into V-shape or cabochon-shape to lift cylinder and round steel and also can increase the rings to achieve side-hang function.

6,It can both be operated by single unit and by combination of several units.

1,When the lifter is working, walking person and above of equipment is strictly prohibited.

2,When the lifter is lifting work-pieces, overloading is strictly prohibited.

3,When the lifter is lifting the cylindrical work-pieces, should keep the V-groove contacting      with work-pieces for two direct lines. Its safety lifting capacity is only 30%-50% of the rated lifting capacity.

4,The lifted workpieces’ requirement about temperature and environment: the temperature is less than 80°C,have no violent shake and shock.
