Vertical type heating and solidifying oven adopts high efficient and engergy saving burner, use diesel as fuel. The whole body of cabinet is completely sealed so it is much faster to reach the intended temperture. I0 slabs can be heated in the same time. Working time from 1-2 hours according to thickness & weather.

A.System consists of two solidifying furnace,automatic lifter and PLC auto-control equipment.Furnace adopts imported full-automatic diesel burner and entirely sealed combustion cabinet,individual slab could be headted in its apartments without lighting up all the burners,more energy saving than that from other type of solidifying system.
