FP32 Two Linked Automatic Plate Parter

1.Summary

The FP32 is specially designed for  plate parting  (double plates for VRLA)  in lead-acid battery assembly line. It is capable of plate  feeding, lug clipping, plate parting.  This machine has the advantages of high cutting precision, quick adjustment according to plate specification, reasonable structure, convenient operation, easy repair, wide plate size scope, reliable running, high efficiency, fast speed, small cutting gap,  material saving,  low lead dust, cleanness,  and is the ideal equipment for plate parting.

It adopts all-sealed structure and unit structure of independent function,  with special lead dust sucking connection and scrap lead collecting device(automatic remove scrap lead). Vacuum sucking mechanism in Plate feeder makes it highly adaptable to a wide range of plate thickness; lug clipping adopt initiative roll cutting( specially made sleeve as per the size of plate has a high orientation precision).In automatic mode, operator only need to put the original plates in the front transport chain. The machine can automatically finish the plate feeding,  lug brushing, clipping, and counting. All this improves the man-machine efficiency ratio of each  factory.
