Fin machine (fin press machine) is a special-purpose equipment to continuously machine the aluminum foil coil, copper foil coil, stainless steel coil into heat exchanger core body wave radiating strips by the rolling tool.

Magnetic powder damping automatic uncoiling control, and automatic tension control; frequency conversion feeding and frequency conversion speed regulation assure high accuracy of roll forming fins; servo motor drive, module control count, pneumatic cut off assure high cutting precision error of ± 0 peak and fast discharge speed. Automatic oil injection lubrication system, oil leveler showing oil amount in oil tank, no material detecting mechanism, tool blocking automatic detection mechanism, cut off fault, tool spindle overload shutdown protection, machine fault warning lights alarm. Rolling cutter blade is made from special steel forgings with a special machining process to assure long service life. High speed cutting, high speed feeder, double pans, multi-rail molding machines, fin hot air drying system are available for users to choose.
