   1.10  It is made of the best qualified steel plate to be bending and welding ,shaftless type loading bobbin structure, the shaft top pintle adapter work for pay off bobbin clamping, can lifting bobbin at the same time or individually to adjust the bobboin height . Two column can be left, right movement, the bobbin clamping has overload protection equipment to be assemble, there are protection limited switches on it , the pay-off tension mechanical friction disc control, the force can be adjusted continuous according to the line speed.

Adopts good quality steel plate to bend and weld to machine stand, shaftless type loading bobbin structure, have pintle adapter in end of shaft to load the bobbin, may up and down at the same time, or up and down individually, so that can regulate the height according to the bobbin. Both columns can move to both sides, namely to left moving or right moving. Have an overloading protection device on the machine stand. Meanwhile have up-down limit switch to protect bobbin get some high. Pay off motor is 5.5KW

AC VF motor , controlled by Danfoss FC302 frequency controller , the tension control way is torque control.

Adopt good quality steel plate to make bending and welding to shaftless takeup machine stand, whole stand also include the takeup gear box and traversing device (screw rod traversing device).

         Take up machine stand has some function as following up: clamp, release, up and down, to assure bobbin to fix to regulated situation. The hoisting mechanism can up-down to leftward or rightward at the same time, also can up-down individually; the left and right column can move to right or left direction individually , to easy to clamp bobbin and adjust clamping force, have overloading protection automatically.

         The traversing mechanism is screw rod traversing, pitch of traversing is adjusted by time relay, interval traversing, change direction automatically, no noise to happen.

         Take up gear box is mechanical shifting, pouring oil to be lubrication. Worm wheel assistant to drive in the take up reducer box, can get self-lock after take up stop running. Main motor is AC VF motor 5.5KW, Danfoss FC302 controller to control the main motor, tension control way is torque way.
