The hole of the wire drawing dies is made up of four parts:

*Lubricating area of the entry: There is an arc to make the wires enters to the workaround conveniently.

*The workaround: The metals come about plastic deformation while drawing, the cross section of the metals is compressed and reduced.

*Diameter fixed district: to guarantee the size and form accurate and even, lengthen the service life of the die.

*Wire outlet area: wire outlet terminal can prevent scuffing and break-up when the machine is stopped.

The grades which used more frequently are YG3, YG6, YG8, YG3X, YG6X, ...etc. Their physical & mechanical properties and applications are as below:
