SIC Ceramic Foam filters are developed as a new type molten metal filter to decrease casting flaw. It has the characters of light weight, high mechanical strength, large specific surface areas, high porosity, excellent thermal shock resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature stability in molten metal. with unique pores net structure, it can effectively filtering impurities from molten Iron & Alloy, grey and nodular cast iron, bronze,brass and copper-alloy, etc.

We can supply square, round and custom geometric shapes of Ceramic Foam filter , bore density from 10 to 60 PPI, sizes ranging from 10 mm up to 600 mm, and thicknesses from 10 mm up to 50mm.
