Engine

Power source use Dongfeng Cummins engineering machinery special engine. Turbo charging upgrade the engine performance and power. The rated power is 194KW, strong power flow, economic and environmentally protective.

Point touching idle system: press the point touching idle button, CPU controller adjust motor, control the engine droop to 850rpm, press the button once again, engine speed restore the original speed.

Chassis

Adopt lengthened widen special chassis, the crawler length is 6450mm, width is 1160mm, the complete machine with good stability, high strength, good reliability; the inside reducer and big torque driving motor, large climbing ability, high reliability; the clearance from chassis to ground is 580mm, grounding pressure is only 0.04Mpa, good ground adaptability and high passing ability.

Winch

Adopted double drive torque large diameter roller winch, supplied enough power and speed to tube drawing and intubations, high working efficiency. The max tube drawing, intubations force is 18ton, the fastest intubations speed is 66m/min, it can pass through SPT counts class 23 silty sand layer.

Hydraulic System

Korean Doosan total power control hydraulic pump, negative flow control, match with engine output power, saving energy, ensure that the action flow changes in proportion.

Korean Doosan driving device, start smoothly and no impaction, strong driving force, new closed equipment increased ramp brake safety function.

Electrical System

The electric control system using CAN-Bus technology, which can achieve engine data monitoring, virtual instrument shows, fault detection and diagnosis, automatic alarm, insert depth monitoring, homework record output, etc function.
