About High Efficient Flooded Low Temperature Screw Style Chiller
(1)Compressor
It adopts screw style compressor of unsymmetrical rotor tooth shape. In addition to refrigeration properties of the economical specially designed capacity efficiency tooth-type ,Also provide you low vibration, low noise, high efficiency of the refrigeration compressor.
(2)Evaporator
It adopts the patent of C-tooth internal thread copper of heat exchange tube evaporator, shell and tube type structure. Use the latest CAD/CAM design technique and is made in CNC processing center .Make machine with advantages of small volume, durable service life, easy operates etc... And chiller’s cooling capacity 20% higher than normal chiller.
(3)Condenser
Water cooling condenser: adopts shell and tube style water cooling condenser by using high efficiency outside screw tube from Japan. The needle wing tooth shape can effectively prick condensed liquid membrane, reaching to reduce liquid membrane thermal resistance that condensation refrigerant in the rapidly after condensation’s effect. Condenser overall structure is processed in CNC machining center. The design more reasonable internal established independent super-cooling section, make high temperature refrigerants in the condenser internal have a fully cooling. Improve the heat transfer efficiency. It has features as small volume, durability and easy to clean.
(4)Qingfeng Energy-economizer: adopts efficient screw tube and rational design . It can carry on internal heat change between the under utilized refrigerant from the condenser and low temperature residual steam from the evaporator, making the refrigerant cool enough and the liquid in the steam vaporized. That will not only save energy above 8% but also protect the compressor from being stricken by the liquid and improve the service life of the compressor.
The chiller can be cooling down the Glycol or Brine to -35 Degrees Celsius.
The evaporation pipe material use Copper ( High efficient external screwed shell and tube ).
