The materials for cylinder liner is boron and chromium alloy cast iron, metallographic structure organization accord with GB/T 1150-93 standard, and the quenching treatment,the material for the piston is a variety of elements of compounding high strength aluminum alloy, the piston is internal cooling oil booster piston,the stuff has high fatigue strength and high temperature mechanical properties. The piston ring is double ball chrome plated spraying molybdenum ring, accord with GB/T 1149.4-94 standard. The piston pin using high temperature extrusion technology, ultra fine grinding, double sided carburizing heat treatment process.
