4. Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before loading

5. Sample policy: existing samples are available free of charge, courier cost collected. Custom samples cost depends on the specs and designs required and will be refunded once the order is confirmed.

6. Sample lead time: 7-10 days

7. Production lead time: 20-35 days.
