Introduction:
Pure nickel is malleable and ductile, and is resistant to corrosion in air or water, and hence is used as a protective coating. It is readily soluble in dilute acids, but is unaffected by alkalis
Nickel based alloys are of excellent corrosion resistance in both aqueous and high temperature applications.In addition to their high melting points and resistance to oxidation and corrosion, nickel alloys are very ductile. They can be electroplated and are easily welded, making them suitable for use in industries where very high and low temperatures come into play.
Application:
1. excellent materials for heat exchangers in the chemical processing and nuclear industries.
2. steam generator tubing in the nuclear power industry
3. Used in high-temperature aircraft systems, and in oil and gas extraction programmes where corrosion-, pressure- and temperature-resistant tubing is required.

Specification: YoungLin nickel tubing (seamless) are available in size range outside diameter 6– 114 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 7mm. The nickel tubes are delivered in straight lengths or as U-bent tubes.
Materials: Ni200( UNS N02200) , Ni201( UNS N02201) etc.
Standard: ASTM B161, ASME SB161, DIN 17751 or closer.
Place of origin: Baoji, China
Delivery State: Annealing state(M)
Production inspection:
l Visual inspection: check surface quality, ensuring without flaw, black dot and any other defects.
l Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Hydro Detection: making sure there are no defects inside.
l Chemical Composition Detection: making sure all chemical component can satisfy customer's demands
l Mechanical Features testing: making sure all products have satisfying mechanical features before delivery
