3.About Charging
1) How to charge?

b. Connect USB cable(1) to our power supply mini USB (a);
c. Connect USB cable to your PC USB port;
2) Chargeing state description
a.When charging,the four led indicator lights on EXC portable power will flash in circulation;
b. It will need 8 hours to fully charged EXC portable power,when it is fully charged,the four led indicator ligths will be on and not flashing;
c. You can check the remaining capacity by pressing the switching button regardless that it is in use or not,one indicator light represents 25% of the capacity.
