The structure features:
a. Increasing the impact resistance of compacts and decreasing the breakage rate by
using the tungsten carbide compact of high strength and toughness.
b. Improving the resistance and capacity of the bearing by applying carbide layer on
head bearing surface
c. Increasing the reliability of bearing seal by using high-saturated buna-N rubber
O ring seal with larger cross section
d. Being able to stand high RPM by using ball locked cone.
e. Taking good advantage of the cutting ability and cutting speed by optimizing the
design of compact numbers and rows, the exposure height and the special shaped
compacts.
f. Increasing the high temperature resistance of the seal & lube system by using new
type of grease, which can stand high temperature up to 250 centigrade and with low
abrasive wear.
