Brief introduction

Heavy-duty apron feeder is the auxiliary equipment of transportation. Apron feeder feeds continuously and evenly from the bin to the primary crusher. It can also be used for short distance handling, especially for materials with large gravity, large grain size and strong abrasion. It can work well in open air or damp environment. So it has be widely used in metallurgy, mining, cement, construction materials industry, etc. Our apron feeder can be installed horizontally or in inclined way, with the maximum angle of inclination of 12º.

Usage

Apron feeder's driving equipment is overall suspended in single point floating structure, which reduces the installation risk and improves the driving system's longevity.

The driving belt of the link joint adopts caterpillar belt (or self-designed). The link joint is jointed in the form of single arc or double arc, anti-shock, wear -proof and no leakage.

We can also provide medium duty and light type apron feeder series.
