1.Operating principle
LF series vertical air classifier manufacturer is a vertical conical rotor structure grader which is composed of feeding straight tube, host cylinder, horn-distributor, classification rotor and the elbow of powder discharge. Raw materials get into feeding tube by the feeder and then into the grading indoor by the fan, in the grading cone department the materials been fully dispersed, as the centrifugal force generated by the rotor, the coarse particles being left to the wall of the tube and the fine particles discharged from the upper outlet with the airflow through the rotor blade clearance, then into the pulse dust collector, the coarse particles being graded further by the action of screening of a second wind at the gap of the disperser and the feeding tube. The coarse particles get along the tube wall and discharge from the star discharge valve, the powder was collected from the upper.
