Heilongjiang farm
Our company have own farm in Heilongjiang, Blessed with blue sky, high mountains, dense forests and the ideal cold temperatures, the black soil is best suited. This vast and fertile region has an excellent ecological environment and is listed as a State-Level Eco-Agriculture County by the Ministry of Agriculture.
We have four organic farms and a 10,000-acre organic farm production base. We operate in accordance with the strictest organic agricultural production processes, in terms of seed selection, planting, land conversion, field management, climate monitoring, pest control, harvesting and threshing, processing, packaging, storage and transportation. Our entire production process is traceable. At Heilongjiang farm we can supply agriculture products as follows: Organic Adzuki Bean, Organic Mung Bean, Organic White Kidney Bean, Organic Soybean, Organic Black Kidney Bean, Light Speckled Kidney Bean, Navy Bean, Red Kidney Bean, Soy Embryo, Organic Black Soybean, Purple Kidney Bean, White Kidney Bean, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin Seeds.
Liaoning farm
Our company have own farm in Liaoning, which is famous of crop beans, it is have1 5,000_acre common farm production base. Mainly crop kidney beans and soybeans. Every year we can harvest 3000 tons of beans. Mostly we export them by ourselves.
2.1.3Products factory
Our factory and processing center cover an area of 8,000 square meters. The production workshop and finished products warehouse occupy 4000 square meters. We operate world-class legume processing equipment, weight measurement grading machines, stone removal machines (de-stoners), magnetic separators, polishing machines, color sorting machines and metal detectors.
We set up organic processing plants and warehouses successively in our farms. In these factories, we can dehull and clean our grains and seeds and clean all the products before transporting. This can save us much cost on the transportation, and also protect the environment at highest level.
(1)Warehouse: there are 4 warehousing rooms, the storing capacity can reach 12000 ton; a cooling storage warehouse, outdoor storages, and the storing capacity is about 20000 ton.
(2)Processing workshop:
Organic feed pellet workshop----introduced in 2009 international leader automatic production line, with computer central control system, it can produce different formula of organic feed, according to customers’ requirements.
Organic soybean pressing workshop----equipped with two different production lines, one line for processing extruder soy meal, another line for processing expeller soy meal, basing on high quality organic soybeans as raw material, we can produce different standard of organic soy meal according to customers’ requirements.
(3)Processing line:
Organic soybean production line-----As our flagship product, soybean is equipped with top-classic mechanization cleaning and sifting production line. Our production capacity and quality are all at leading level in this line.
