1. Materials:

Processing from low carbon steel wire. Through drawing from 6.5mm wire rods to requested diameter, and surface hot dipped galvanized.

 

2. Size:

From BWG6# to BWG 27#. Customers request ones are also available.

3. Tensile strength: 

Hot dipped gi wire--   450n/mm2-550n/mm 2(soft)   750n/mm2-950n/mm 2 (hard)

Electro gi wire--   350-450 N/mm 2 (soft)

 

4. Zinc coated:

Hot dipped gi wire--   30-308 g/m2.

Electro gi wire--    8-20 g/m2

 

5. Single coil weight:

For hot dipped galvanized iron wire can be different from 0.4 kg to 1000kg. Customers orders for hot dipped galvanized wire also available.

 

6. Application:
