Usage

Yougu 218 sponge aerosol adhesive is widely used in sofa factory, mattress factory and furniture factory, be applicable to the general sofa, high-grade sofa, swivel chair and heat preservation industry of sponge, wood, cloth, 

non-woven cloth, thin leather, heat preservation materials such as cotton between adhesive.

Operation method

1. Before using must keep the adherend surface clean, dry, does not contain the oil pollution, dust, water, etc., at the same time please forcibly shake up and down,

 2. Will nozzle in adherend (such as sponge) about 20 centimeters, and with the adherend surface is 45 degrees or so; Press the nozzle in the adherend surface uniform motion in a mobile, ensure colloid uniform right amount, cannot have product glue, starved, uneven wait for a phenomenon, at the same time should be two sides glue, and air buy in 1 ~ 3 minutes. In the low temperature, humidity great weather, should be appropriately extended air buy time.

 3. After use, please will tank inverted, press nozzle gas a little to remove nozzle inside residual gum, prevent the next time when using liquid cement plugging nozzle;

 4. to the spraying, through proper air buy after time (specific air buy time depending on actual temperature and decide, touch dry and viscous strong is) can put pressure on bonding and adhesive material for accurately finally disposable;
