The crystalizing & walking  hydraulic power equipment is specially designed for metallurgical industry.

 The system runs more stationary and the fuction is more reliable.

1 COMPOSITION

This system consists of oil tank device, oil pump device, circulation cooling device, filters, control valve platform, accumulator, piping and detection components, etc.

2 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

1) Independent unit layout design

Oil tank, oil pump, accumulator and control valve platform are separate on each base or are on a base together. It is easy to transport and install.

2) Advanced fuel supply mode

Adopt constant pressure variable pump to save power and reduce system heating.

3) Shock absorption and low noise pumps design

In order to eliminate the main noise sources, adopt shock absorption measure:

a Adopt expansion & flexible joints at oil suction

b dopt high-pressure hoses at pump export

c  Set shock absorber on the base of fixing pump & motor.

d Adopted superposition valve manifold, reducing pipeline and leakage,

4) Automatic monitoring and security alarm

a Liquid level relay can give signal when tank lower liquid level, extra-low liquid level and high liquid level.

b. Electronic temperature switches can give signal automaticly when oil temperature is 60 ° C, 20 º C, 25 ° C, 35 ° C, 40 ° C, 50 ° C to control cooler, alarm and Shutdown.

c ressure difference AUI can give signal when filters are blocked, showing need to replace filter.

d et travel switch on the butterfly valves. The switch and the corresponding motor are interlocked to avoid incorrect operation and the pump suction empty.

e he hydraulic system will alarm or stop working when electronic pressure switch in main oil line monitors that oil pressure is low.

5) Multi-level filter

a Air filters keep the air inside the tank cleaning.

b The circulation filter cooling device can filter oil and adjust temperature continuously.

c Set high pressure filter at pump export tank to guarantee valves block clean.

d et magnetic filter to filter iron impurity in oil filter.

6) Voltage of all electromagnetic valves is 24v direct current and with indicator lights on the valves. 

7) The material of pipes is carbon steel.

8) Valves block must be strictly flushed.

9) Site use and maintenance conveniently are considered fully when design and manufacture hydraulic station.

10) Adopt steel pipe welding on the connection of hydraulic station exit and workshop pipeline.
