Functions

lAdjust the necessary temperature for strictly requirement of blowing welding operation, such as repairing mobile phones.

   Blow welding BGA parts, plastic card or softening others welding materials.

lRemoving old paint or coating. (Cement paint, magnetic paint, coal paint can not be removed by heating)

lHeat contracted packing film.

lBend the plastic pipe.

lContract the polyethylene which linking the metals.

lRemove tack paper and ornaments.

lTake off rusted or tight metal nuts and screw.

lSoften before clearing oil stain or changing flour.

l Temp range : 60 °c-600 °c  (LED display)

Operation Instruction

1.    Turn it on. Push the switch to LOW or HIGH. Adjust the temperature if it is necessary.   Look at the digital screen, when it reaches the required temperature, it can start to run. (The difference between the real temperature and the screen showed temperature is less then 5%)

2.    If the engine does not work, please push the switch to OFF and pull out the socket. Inform the manufacturer or the local agent for the repair advice..

3.    Before you turn it off, you’d better make it work at lowest temperature about 15 seconds; it can cool down the gun and get a prolonged longevity. Then push to OFF and pull out the socket. Keep the white iron head upright and store it after it is totally cooling down.
