5.How to Set Up a Hose Reel

Setting up a hose reel properly will ensure that your hose doesn't kink and winds smoothly.
Instructions
1Choose a location to set up your hose reel. Your reel should be located to reach the most areas possible.
2Attach the hose reel to your water faucet with the small included hose connector.
3Connect your hose to the hose reel by screwing it onto the hose reel's water output.
4Wind the hose reel with the crank, guiding the hose back and forth across the reel to keep the reel uniform.

7.How to Use a Hose Reel
A hose reel stores a garden hose in a tidy housing when not in use. This keeps the hose from damage and the hose owner from injury, because the hose is not snaking across the yard to be tripped over or mangled with a lawnmower. A hand crank on the side of the reel makes it easy to wind up the hose for storage. Afterward, the hose reel can be moved to a corner of the yard or slid behind some shrubbery near the exterior wall faucet where it remains out of sight until it's needed again.
Instructions
1Connect the hose to the outside wall faucet by threading the brass hose nozzle counter-clockwise on the faucet. Turn on the water by twisting the faucet knob counter-clockwise.
2Open the cover on the hose reel by lifting straight up to pull out the end of the garden hose.
3Peel the hose from the reel as far as necessary to reach the desired length for spraying the hose.
4Turn the crank handle on the side of the hose reel counter-clockwise to retrieve the hose and coil it back on the spool inside the reel when finished watering the garden or lawn.
5Shut off the water to the hose by turning the faucet knob clockwise.
8.How to Wind a Hose Onto a Hose Reel
Water hoses tend to become tangled when left laying around the yard or the shop. For small children and pets, there is a grim possibility that strangulation may occur if the hose isn't coiled up neatly in a designated location. Technology has brought forth a convenient method of stowing hoses so the task of picking them up and coiling by hand isn't nearly as much of a put-off, thus preventing neglect and safety risks
Instructions
1Straighten the hose until the entire length is as straight as possible, untangling it as you continue along its length. Disconnect the end of the hose from lawn sprinklers or other yard or shop appliances.
2A hose reel consists of a hand crank handle on the left side, if a left-handed model, or on the right side, if a right-handed model. Use your appropriate hand to operate the crank according to which of these two types you have on your property. Use the free hand to push the hose all the way over to either the left or the right side of the reel and then begin cranking.
3Turn the reel one full turn, either clockwise or counterclockwise, and use the other hand to "guide" the hose so you create the first layer of hose onto the entire surface of the reel. If you started by pushing the hose all the way to the left, guide the hose toward the right while keeping the hose windings in contact with the previous winding. Your first layer of hose should appear as a horizontal coil going from one side to the other. This forms your first layer of hose.
4Continue turning the reel crank once the hose has been coiled from one side of the reel to the other, but reverse the direction in which you are guiding the hose, making it coil in a second layer, moving toward the side from which you began. You will now have two layered coils of hose on the reel.
5Continue guiding the hose onto the reel, guiding in a left-right, right-left alternating pattern until the entire length of the hose has been stowed onto the reel.
9.How to Put a Hose on a Hose Reel
Properly attaching a hose to a hose reel will alleviate problems when you need to use the hose. Correctly winding the hose onto the reel and fully tightening the connection between the hose reel and the hose will determine how well the hose reel performs. A loose connection between the hose and the hose reel fitting will leak water, reducing the amount of pressure you receive at the other end of the hose. Improper winding will cause the hose to bind in the reel, making it difficult to release the hose.
Instructions
1Unravel and stretch the hose in a straight line, with the female end of the hose connection facing the hose reel. (The female connection has threads inside of a turnable connector.)
2Feed the hose into the hose reel as specified by the hose reel manufacturer's instructions.
3Align the female connector of the hose with the male connector of the hose bib.
4Turn the female connector clockwise to secure the hose to the hose reel. If you find starting the threads difficult, turn the female connector counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn to align the connection.
5Hold the hose in one hand.
6Turn the handle of the hose reel clockwise to wind the hose onto the reel. With each revolution of the hose reel, align the hose coming onto the reel tightly to the hose already on the reel.
7Wind the reel until the male end of the hose reaches the reel.
8Rewind the hose reel as described in Step 6 after each time you use the hose.

Packing type according to your need.There are several packing type , details as below:
1). Nude packing:The products packing without anything.When finished the mass production, will pack them in the out carton directly, then seal the carton. The price of this package is lowest (Cheapest).
2). Hang card: When finished mass production, using ribbon to fix the product on one color card.If want to print the information and logo of your company on the color card, pls tell us after sending the order before packing. This price is middle standard (Cheaper).
3). Blister card: After finishing mass production ,using suction card machine to put the products between blister and card. Then make them strong. It sells good and easy to attract customers to buy it, take it convenient ,don’t worry about losing them. The price is more expensive than the two before. (Expensive)
4).Plastic shrink:
A)This kind of package ,just for the hose. Before packing the hose, you have to wind clean hose , then using plastic shrink. Generally speaking it is beautiful to pack hose like this.
B)You also can use the ribbon to fix them.
C)Wind a big volume hose to take it to the container directly.
