Manufacturing:
30 production lines imported from USA and Japan, like fully automatic air filter cover welding line, welding robots, air filter cover electrophoretic painting lines etc. Annual output of spin-on filters is 18 million pieces, air filter element is 5 million units, air filter assemblies is 2 million units, oil/fuel filter assemblies is 5 million units. Totally year output can be 31 million pieces or units.

We have imported about 60 test stands like air filter comprehensive performance test stand, fuel filter comprehensive performance test stand and oil filter comprehensive performance test stand and online particle counting multipass test stand from USA IBR Company, Germany GMN Company etc. which can test the function, weather resistance, dependability and other performance of filters according to ISO, JIS, DIN, GB, QC etc.
