Direction: 1. Preparation 1.1.clean the meat 1.2.marinade, We suggest to use KINGZEST marinade for Spicy Fried Chicken(Low heat YTY5015A,Medium Heat YTY5033,High heat YTY5034A) and Original Recipe Fried Chicken Marinade(YT5013) to reach perfect effect. 2. Prepare 100g of powder mix with 100ml cold water until it become thick sauce 3. prepare another 300g of dry powder in big bowl. 4. dip the marinated meat in mixed paste, make sure the surface of meat is fully cover with sauce. 5. dig out the meat and put it in dry powder bowl. Cover the meat with dry powder, let the dry powder absorb moisture of sauce and the surface of meat become dry. Get the meat out of the dry powder. Shake the meat until scatter powder fall from the meat. 6. By repeat step 4 & 5 flakes forms. Do it 4-5 times to make more flakes. 7. Boil the oil in little fire. Put the meat carefully into the boil oil pan when it is hot enough. 8. Fry until it become golden. 9. Delicious and good looking fried chicken is served.
