    1) The surface of paper be equal and plane

    2) The color be equal and without obvious difference for the same batch

    3) The edge surface of paper roll be even. The density of two edges be same. The paper core be without distortion.

 3. Size

    1) Roll width of our product can be customized, usually there are 120mm, 125mm, 132mm, 140mm, 145mm, 160mm, 180mm, 484mm , 524mm.

    2) Roll outer diameter is 350-450mm, which can be customized to the customer's requirement and transportation requirement.

   3) The inner diameter of roll core is 76mm.

     The basic weight of our product: 16.5±1g/m2, 17±1g/m2, 18±1g/m2 , 21±1g/m2, 23±1g/m2, 26±1g/m2

Applications:  

teabag filter paper is used to process teabag by packing machine, it will be sealed when the packing machine temperature arrived above 135 degree,. Teabag filter paper is suitable for the different packing machine, such as CCFD6 packing machine made by China, MAISA packing machine made by Argentine and IMA  packing machine made by Italy , The main size is the basis weight of 16.5gsm and the width of 125mm. Teabag filter paper has performance of soft papery and high wet strength and measure up  the line standard of QXHJ3024-98 constituted by Hangzhou Xinhua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. in 1998. now the teabag filter paper adopted new national standard of GT/T 25436-2010 constituted by Hangzhou xinhua paper industry co., ltd,. and national paper industryl association on May,2010.
